1. Eligibility

This contest is open to any and everyone Worldwide, who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The contest begins on June 13, 2025 and ends on July 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

    •    One (1) winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries.

    •    The winner will be notified via the email provided during sign-up within 5 business days after the contest ends.

    •    If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prize

    •    The prize is $100 USD, paid via PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or another mutually agreed-upon method.

    •    No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted.

6. Privacy

Your email will be used exclusively for Aaliyah Nicole’s Angel Subscriber List to keep you updated on music releases, content, and future giveaways. Your information will never be sold or shared.

7. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified if:

    •    Any entry information is found to be false or misleading

    •    They fail to complete all three required steps

    •    They attempt to tamper with the contest in any way

Aaliyah Nicole and her affiliates are not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or unforeseen issues that may arise during the contest.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel

Aaliyah Nicole reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time without prior notice for any reason.
